Are you licensed to perform the junk removal service?

Our vehicles as well as staff are all trained and are guaranteed. We guarantee our work or give you your money returned.

Why don’t you tell me an exact price before your arrival?

The rates are based on the quantity and the nature of the item. We cannot give you a specific price until we can see the scrap. We’ll certainly arrange an appointment with you and then evaluate the range of prices in your area depending on the quantity of scrap that you own. The trucking team will confirm the prices upon their arrival.

When should I book an appointment?

Contact us as soon as you can, since time slots can fill up quickly. Once you contact us or visit our site, we’ll inform you of the time slots in your area. We must know the POSTAL CODE for the address of pick-up.

What is the reason why visits are scheduled in time slots of two hours?

Our staff will call you 15 to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time and will provide clear time frames for your arrival. This lets them handle unexpected situations like traffic, or projects that are more than anticipated.

Do you have the ability to get the work done for me if I am not there?

Customers should be present when the vehicles arrive. We contact clients 15-30 minutes before arriving. If you’re unable to attend on-site The vehicle’s drivers will examine rates upon arrival and will call you to request confirmation. We accept credit cards by phone.

Do you remove junk after 7pm?

What can you do with all the scrap?

It is contingent on what you’ve got. We’ll certainly take certain items to the transfer station, recycle and/or to the landfill. We aren’t a restoring company or a charity. We try to recycle as much junk in the way we’re able.

What are the reasons you shouldn’t use toxic products?

We’re not permitted to transport drivers, and vehicles aren’t authorized to transport hazardous substances. Contact your local recycling or hotline for monitoring waste to get more assistance.

Are you able to transfer the junk I have from one place to another?

It’s only to the recycling or dump center. Why do you need to keep your junk? ?

Why do you want to charge me for dump fee?

Our Disposal Teams take care of the loading, clean up and transport items to the local dump or recycle them. We are charged at the dump the same way the other people would.

What equipment is the truck group you are part of?

2 or more solid terms in addition to shovels, rakes and often wheelbarrows or carts. We don’t operate equipment or transport ladders.

Why should I use your service rather than the dumpster?

You don’t need to do anything. Plus, we have the equipment to manage the loads. Two people complete all the work and also cleanup. We calculate our charges based on the quantity of things that take up our truck. Dumpsters are placed on your property or at your business, and you are responsible for the cleaning and loading yourself.

What size is your truck?
